Everyday I try not to eat fatty food, but sometimes everybody needs chocolate... And when you put  the chocolate sauce on a delicious cake (like this one)...  What could be better than that?
Ingredients 
300 gr White Chocolate
200 ml Cream
- Cut the white chocolate into pieces. Obviously, you can do this recipe with every chocolate you like.
 - Take a pan, switch on the burner and let warm up the cream.
 - When it boils, add the chocolate and let melt.
 - Put the ganache on your cake and wait until solidify and your cake is ready!
