Ingredients
Tomatoes 600 gr
Puff pastry 400g
Mozzarella 125g

Olive Oil 2 tbspoons

Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbspoons
Milk 2 tbspoons
Milk 2 tbspoons
Garlic 1 clove
Basil
Salt
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Then add the olive oil, the chopped basil and the garlic.
- Now add the milk, the grated parmesan and mix it.
- Line a baking dish with the pastry and prick.
- Cover the baking dish bottom with the mozzarella and tomatoes slices.
- Put over the egg mixture.
- Now bake your pie in preheated oven at 200°, until the surface will be golden.
