I've used the Thermomix, but you can do it even without it.
Peach Flesh 380 gr.

- Cut the peaches into pieces and keep aside.
- Prepare the syrup by placing the water and the sugar in the jug and cook for 10 minutes, Temperature 100 ° Speed 1.
- Add the chopped peach and bring slowly to Speed 1 to Speed 7 for about 10 seconds. Then use the Turbo speed for 25 seconds.
- Combine the lemon juice and mix for 10 seconds.
- Let cool down completely and then put in the fridge, if you want to consume within a few days. Otherwise put in heat resistant bottles, hermetically sealed and sterilize by boiling.
