Ingredients
Chicken Escalopes
Garlic
Parsley
Champignon Mushrooms
Flour
Salt
Milk
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Stir fry the clove of garlic with the olive oil.
- When it is golden, add the chopped and washed mushrooms and the parsley.
- When the mushrooms are almost ready, flour the chicken escalopes and add them to the mushrooms.
- Let cook for few minutes and then add some milk to make a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt.
