Fusilli with Courgette Pesto - Light and Super Tasty

Lately I love to make pesto with any ingredient, and I had some courgettes leftover so... that's why I decide to make this super tasty and light pesto!


Ingredients
Fusilli
Courgettes
Basil Leaves
Goat Cream Cheese
Water
Garlic

  • Cut the courgettes and cook in a pan with a little of olive oil and a clove of garlic.
  • When they are ready, place in a bowl with some basil leaf and a tbsp of cream cheese (as Philadelphia).
  • Mix with an hand blender and add some water if it is necessary.
  • Season with salt.
  • Add to your pasta.
