Caserecce Pasta with Courgettes and Shrimps

This pasta recipe is very famous in Italy. Its peculiarity is to combine a vegetable with seafood, intensifying both flavours.

Pasta 120 gr.
Shrimps 200 gr.
Courgette 1 big
Onion 1/2 small
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Pour the olive oil in a big pan (like the wok) and add the chopped onion when the oil is warm.
  •  Cut the courgettes into little cubes.
  • When the onion is golden add the courgettes.
  • When the courgettes are almost cooked, add the shrimps.
  • Let stir for some minute and add salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and let stir with the courgettes and the shimps.
  • Now you are ready to eat ;)
