Salmon 300 gr
Mustard 2 teaspoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Mince the raw salmon in a food processor with the onion.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and combine the mustard, the flour and the salt.
- Mix everything and shape the salmon burgers.If it is needed add flour (better if it is the wholewhat one)
- .Put the olive oil in a pan (just a little) and heat it. Then cook the burgers on each side.
