Mediterranean pasta

Good evenig people,
let's talk about pasta! If you are Italian, you can't live without it. This recipe is very easy to make, but very tasty and mediterranean. It's perfect when you don't have much time to cook but you want something savory.


Pasta 350/400 gr
Black olives 10/15
Green olives 10/15
Tuna chunk 1
Tomato sauce or tomatoes 6 spoons
Extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper
Garlic 1 clove

4 servings

1) You need to take a pan and put in the garlic with a little bit of olive oil. 
2) When it will become golden throw it away and add a little bit of tomato sauce. Not too much, because it is not "pasta al sugo". Let it cook for few minutes.
3) Then add the tuna chunk and let flavour.
4) After a while add the olives, the oregano and the pepper.
5) When the pasta is ready, drain it and put it in the pan and pan-fry to flavour. Given that the tuna and the olives are already salted, I prefer not to add further salt.
