Spaghetti with Leeks

I had never tasted the leeks until a few days ago... Well, I love them! They have a delicate and particular flavour, and, in my honest opinion, they have nothing to do with onions. I made some research on internet and I decided to try them with pasta... the result was very good so here I am to share the recipe with you.

1 leek
160 gr Spaghetti
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

As you can see from the ingredients, this recipe is really easy.
  • When the salted water is boiling, throw the pasta in it.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cut the leek and wash it very well.
  • Then stir fry in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and salt until soft.
  • Drain the pasta and put it in the pan with the leek. Add some parmesan and you're done!
Very quick and easy, but my boyfriend and I liked it very much!
