Super Easy Pesto with Ricotta Cheese

 This recipe is super easy, as you can read in the title. You have just to blend the ingredients together! I don't know the amount of the ingredients, because you have to adjust depending on how many people will eat and on your taste. Adjust the ingredients by eye, in order to have a creamy pesto.

Ricotta cheese
Basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil

  • Blend all the ingredients together, adding a little oil and warm water to obtain a creamy sauce.
  • When you mix the sauce with the pasta, add the grated parmesan or pecorino.
  • Super easy and super tasty!
