Good Sunday to all!
Today we will talk about the endive. In Italy we call it also "Belgian salad" and we usually eat it raw, but one day my mum, adviced by a friend, decided to cook it and... I loved it!
Exra Virgin Olive oil
As usual, the recipe is quick and easy.
You need to cut the endive into for parts, and put into a pan with a little bit of chopped garlic and parsley. Add the olive oil and if you see that it's drying off, add some water. Cook it for 10 minutes and then it's ready!
