Ingredients
Fresh tuna 3 steaks
Extra virgin olive oil
Vinegar
Green olives 15-20
Bay leaves 7-8
Salt
- Cut the tuna steaks into pieces like the stew.
- Put a little bit of olive oil in the pan and when it's hot add the tuna steak.
- When both sides become golden, add the vinegar and cook until reduced. The vinegar has almost to cover the tuna.
- If you want, add a little bit of white wine, but this step it's not necessary.
- Add the olives and 7 or 8 bay leaves. Bay's taste is perfect with the tuna. Let cook.
- When you think the tuna is cooked as much as you like, your dish is ready.
- Season with salt.
