For my birthday I decided to cook the rocket pesto, because I like the rocket very much, with its lightly bitter flavour. Even when I make the salad I love to add the rocket. This recipe is very very easy, because you have just to blend all the ingredients, but I promise it is delicious!
Ingredients
110 ml Olive oil
100 gr Rocket
40 gr Pine nuts
30 gr Parmesan
20 ml water
10 gr Pecorino cheese
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Clove of Garlic
- Wash the rocket and put it in the blender.
- Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix everything.
- If it is needed, add other water.
- Now you can put it in your favourite kind of pasta.
