As you know, the hamburger is not an Italian recipe at all, but here in Italy every butcher sells every kind of hamburger, with chicken, with spinach, with mixed meat and so on. We even eat pork burgers, although I know that it's almost a crime for an American, because the real burger is made by beef 100%. Anyway, this is my recipe. Don't be shocked :)
Ingredients
400 gr. Beef and Pork Meat
1/2 Egg
1/2 Onion
2-3 tsp Mustard
Breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs
Paprika
Parsley
Parsley
Black Pepper
Salt
Every hamburger weighed 90-100 grams, more or less.
- Finely chop the parsley and the onion.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shape the meat as a disk, as you can see in the picture below.
- Cook your hamburgers in a pan or in a grill!
