I love rice, as you can see from all the recipes I have published, but this recipe is made by the Chinese Basmati Rice, so perfumed and tasty.
Ingredients
Basmati Rice 200 gr
Crab Sticks 10
Philadelphia Salmon 3 - 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Parsley
Extra Virgil Olive Oil
- Boil the rice.
- Cut the garlic and parsley and stir fry in a pan with a little of olive oil.
- Add the chopped crab sticks in the pan and stir fry for some minute.
- When the rice is cooked, drain it and add to the pan with the crab sticks and stir fry.
- Add the Philadelphia Salmon (or another cream cheese with salmon) and add some water to make the rice creamy.
