During the summertime I prefer to eat light dishes, with vegetables. This recipe is super easy but very good, my family liked it, indeed.
Ingredients
Green Beans
Cherry Tomatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
- Boil the green beans. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes into cubes.
- When the green beans are cooked, add the tomatoes.
- Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- If you want, you can add boiled potatoes.
