Here I am today with a simple recipe to season the pasta, when you don't have any idea. Easy, good and light!
Ingredients
2 Red Peppers
1 Small Onion
1 Spoon of Cream Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
- Chop the onion and stir fry with a little of olive oil.
- When it is cooked, add the chopped peppers. it doesn't matter if you don't chop finely, because they will be whipped in the end.
- Let cook for about 20 minutes, until soften. Add the salt.
- Let them cool for a bit.
- Now whip with a blender, adding the cream cheese (Philadelphia kind).
- That's it! Now add the sauce on your pasta.
