The salmon is a fish I like, but I always need to find a way not to let it be cloy, nasty. This recipe is very quick and easy, me and my boyfriend like it very much.
Ingredients
Salmon 450 gr
1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Créme Fraîche
Parsley
Black Pepper
Milk
- Warm the pan. Place the salmon and let cook until you see that it is cooked until the middle.
- At this point, turn the fish and let cook completely.
- Now add the lemon juice until reduce.
- Add the tablespoon of créme fraîche, and if it needeed, add a little bit of milk to make it creamy.
- Add the parsley and the pepper.
- Serve with a side dish of courgettes, cooked with a little bit of olive oil and chopped onion. Salmon and courgettes are the perfect match!
