Ingredients
800 gr Chicken Breast
400 gr Red Beans
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1/2 Onion
Tex-Mex Spices
Salt
Tortillas
- First you have to cut the peppers into thin strips and stir fry with olive oil and the chopped onion.
- While the peppers are cooking, cut the chicken breast lengthway, into long strips, more or less of the same size of the peppers.
- When the peppers are almost ready, add the chicken and let cook.
- Add the Tex-Mex spices, the salt and if you want, even the Tex-Mex sauce, the red one with tomato and peppers inside.
- When even the chicken is cooked, aff the red beans and turn off the heat.
- Add some salad, tomatoes and sweet corn in every tortilla.
- So yummy!!!
