The Bechamel is a delicious French sauce, used in Italy to make many dishes, among which the very famous "Lasagne", whose recipe is about to be post! ;)
Ingredients
Milk 300 ml
Butter 30 gr
Flour 30 gr
Nutmeg
Salt
- Place the butter in the pan and let melt with the flour. Blend with the whisk in order not to be lumpy.
- Add the hot milk and keep blending.
- Add the salt and a little bit of nutmeg if you like it.
- Keep on blending and cooking to thicken the sauce.
