160 gr Spaghetti
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan
Salt

As you can see from the ingredients, this recipe is really easy.
- When the salted water is boiling, throw the pasta in it.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the leek and wash it very well.
- Then stir fry in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and salt until soft.
- Drain the pasta and put it in the pan with the leek. Add some parmesan and you're done!
