Homemade Peach Juice

Have you ever tried to do the fruit juice at home? It is really a piece of cake, and the peach flavour is natural, unlike the supermarket one! This recipe is great for adults, but especially for kids!

I've used the Thermomix, but you can do it even without it.

Peach Flesh 380 gr.
Water 650 gr.
Sugar 90 gr.
Juice of 1/2 lemon

• Cut the peaches into pieces and keep aside.
• Prepare the syrup by placing the water and the sugar in the jug and cook for 10 minutes, Temperature 100 ° Speed ​​1.
• Add the chopped peach and bring slowly to Speed 1 to Speed 7 for about 10 seconds. Then use the Turbo speed for 25 seconds.
• Combine the lemon juice and mix for 10 seconds.
• Let cool down completely and then put in the fridge, if you want to consume within a few days. Otherwise put in heat resistant bottles, hermetically sealed and sterilize by boiling.
