I love to eat fish, and this recipe is a tasty way to cook it. I don't know many fish recipes because is not so easy to cook, but cooking is my passion and I'm learning so many things! By the way, let's see the ingredients.
Cod Fillets 3 - 4
Lemon Juice of 1 lemon
Breadcrumbs
Minced Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil 2-3 spoons
- If you are using frozen cod, let defrost.
- Mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper and a little water.
- Put the mixture in a baking tray and marinate the fillets fot about 30 minutes.
- Now drain the fillets and bread them with the breadcrumbs and the minced parsley.
- Take another baking tray and put some of the lemon mixture on the bottom.
- Place the cod fillets in it and put other mixture on.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°.
