Ingredients
4 Carrots
Garlic (one clove)
Vinegar
Salt
- First of all, you have to boil o steam the carrots until they are almost cooked.
- Then, let stir fry the garlic with a little of olive oil.
- When it will become golden, throw it away and add the carrots.
- Let stir fry for a bit and then add some vinegar (as much as you like) and the oregano.
- Let simmer and when they soften they are ready.
- Season with salt.
