Ingredients
2 Potatoes
Peas (a fistful)
Sweetcorn (a fistful)
2 Carrots
1 Egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Peanut oil
- Boil or steam the carrots, the peas and the potatoes.
- Cut the cook vegetables and mash the potatoes with a fork.
- Add the carrots, salt and peas to the mashed potatoes, and, after draining, also the sweetcorn.
- Now mix with the fork and then cook for 2 minutes in the pan, just to dry the mixture.
- Now put the mixture in a bowl, add the egg and mix it.
- Shape the veggieballs, cover in flour and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the veggieballs when the oil is very hot.
- Season with salt.
- Now eat everything!!!
