Tomato sauce
Sausages

Basil leaves
- Finely chop the onion (as much as you like, but not too much) and place it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- When it becomes golden, add the chopped sausages and stir fry.
- Add the tomato sauce and let cook for about 20 minutes.
- Then add a little bit of sugar, which is essential to contrast the acidity of the tomatoes.
- Add the basil leaves to flavour.
- You don't need to add salt because the sausages are salted enough.
