This is one of my favourite side dish of 2014... First try and then trust!
Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash
1 Sweet Potato
1 Onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh Rosemary

- Preheat the oven at 180°.
- Chop the vegetables and place in a baking tray.
- Add the olive oil and mix it with the vegetables.Add the rosemary.
- When the oven is ready, bake. It will take about 40 minutes.
- Check the vegetables in order not to burn them.
- Take out of the oven and add salt.
