Ingredients
400 gr Mushrooms
300 gr Fresh Pasta
250 gr Sausage
1/4 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
Parsley
4 servings
- Stir fry the washed mushrooms with the chopped onion and the garlic.
- When they are almost cooked, add the crumbled sausage and stir fry until is cooked.
- Add the minced parsley.
- When the pasta is ready, stir fry with the mixture for a minute.
- In the end, add greek yogurt to make it creamy, but this step is optional (but delicious).
