Ingredients
3 Peppers
1 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
Basil Leaves 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Breadcrumbs
A Handful of Capers 
Salt
  - Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and then into strips.
 - Place them in a baking dish.
 - Cut the onion and place with the peppers. It's not necessaty to finely chop it.
 - Add the chopped garlic and basil, and all the remaining ingredients.
 - Mix it and bake for 30 minutes at 180°.
 - Eventually use the grill to form a crispy crust.
